  • March 13, 2026

    Arrive at airport in Tokyo. Transfer to hotel by limousine bus or train on your own. Check in hotel and relax.

  • March 14, 2026

    7:00 AM — Meet-up:
    Gather in front of the BYGS Building in Shinjuku 2-chome.
    Address: 2-chōme-19 Shinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0022

    Board the bus together and depart for Urabandai Lake Resort.

    12:30 PM — Arrival & Skiing:
    Upon arrival, leave your luggage at the hotel and head out for skiing with the group.

    6:00 PM — Dinner:
    Return to the hotel and enjoy a buffet-style dinner with everyone.

    8:00 PM — Evening Party:
    Join the drinks and party event, featuring gogo boys.
    Guests may choose between the regular room and the fundoshi room.
    For those selecting the fundoshi room, a gogo boy can assist with putting on the fundoshi.

    12:00 AM – Onsen:
    At midnight, relax in the onsen with the gogo boys and the group.

  • March 15, 2026

    7:00 AM — Breakfast
    Enjoy breakfast with everyone in the hotel dining area.

    8:30 AM — Activities
    Join the group for skiing or take part in a small sightseeing tour around the area.

    4:00 PM — Return to Shinjuku
    After skiing or touring, return to the hotel and board the bus back to Shinjuku.
    You are also welcome to enjoy drinks with the group on the bus during the ride back.
    Arrival in Shinjuku – Hotel Check-in
    Once we arrive in Shinjuku, walk back to Hotel Groove Shinjuku and check in.

  • March 16, 2026

    After checking out of the hotel, take either the limousine bus or the train to the airport for your departure from Japan.
