Payment Policy:

Paypal invoice will be sent to you once you confirm your reservation.  Please pay directly to paypal using your credit card.

1. Non-Refundable deposit
   USD 250 or above/person will be required at the time of confirming your reservation.
2. Payment of the balance
   Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 45 days before the departure date.
3. In case departure date is less than 45 days
   Non-refundable USD 250 or above/person deposit will be required at the time we send a first draft of itinerary after free 30 minutes consultation on the phone or by up-to-4 e-mail exchanges. All deposit will be applied to the final price.

Cancellation Policy:

100% cancellation charge will be required if cancel this booking within 45 days prior to departure.

Group Tours organized by other travel agency:

Different payment & Cancellation policy will be applied.  Please ask to our staff.

Customized Tours:

In case of customized tour, we reserve all hotels/tours/ticket and offer you a package price. This price is inclusive of consultation fee, itinerary creation fee, and ticket delivery fee, etc…
